Refund and Returns Policy

At KryvoMortgage, we are committed to providing high-quality construction protective gear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or personalized protective gear.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kryvomortgage.com or call us at 808-429-7887. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending your item back to us.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund and apply the credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account or credit card statement. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@kryvomortgage.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@kryvomortgage.com. We will work with you to arrange the exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@kryvomortgage.com with a description of the issue and any relevant photos. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
